Grades will be available within 2–3 weeks after the course completes.

Grades, Records, Transcripts
The request for an official SJSU transcript must be done in writing. Write a letter requesting your transcript and include the following information:
- Full name or any previous names you may have attended under
- Student ID Number
- Date of birth
- Current address and phone number
- E-mail address
- Dates of attendance
- Complete address of where to mail transcript(s)

E-mail requests will not be accepted and same-day or rush service for official transcripts is not available. There is no fee for transcripts. Allow 7 to 10 business days to process routine requests.
